1. Acceptance of Terms

Each player may hold only one registered account on 299ba. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using false information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed immediately, and any balances or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited at 299ba's sole discretion.

3.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number and email address. 299ba is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect information provided at registration. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

299ba operates a strict KYC policy. Before processing any withdrawal, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a National ID Card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 299ba strongly recommends choosing a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes depending on your card issuer. 299ba does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 299ba accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. 299ba reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the original payment method if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of payment systems. Deposits made using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials will result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement authorities.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of the KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal. Wagering contributions may vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion details.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

299ba maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion, and participating in collusion with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided, and any resulting winnings will be confiscated. 299ba reserves the right to permanently ban players found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin winnings that are not wagered within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice.

8. Game Rules & Betting

Each game available on the 299ba platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
